Terms and Conditions

Welcome to www.fayferguson.com, the official website for Fay Ferguson. By scheduling appointments, purchasing packages, or enrolling in programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions, including our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Individual Coaching Sessions

  • Cancellation by Client

    • 48+ Hours Notice: Sessions canceled with at least 48 hours' notice may be rescheduled at no additional cost within 30 days of the original appointment date.

    • 24–48 Hours Notice: Sessions canceled between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled time will incur a 50% rescheduling fee or may be applied as a 50% credit toward a future session.

    • Less than 24 Hours Notice: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full. No credit or refund will be provided.

    • No-Shows: Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without notice will be charged the full session fee with no rescheduling option.

  • Cancellation by Coach
    If Fay Ferguson needs to cancel a session, clients will be notified as soon as possible and offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

 

Book Club & Group Programs

  • Cancellation by Participant

    • 7+ Days Before Start Date: Full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.

    • 3–7 Days Before Start Date: 50% refund or credit toward a future program.

    • Less than 3 Days Before Start Date: No refund provided; however, a 25% credit may be applied toward a future program at our discretion.

    • After Program Has Begun: No refunds will be provided after the first session has taken place.

  • Cancellation by Fay Ferguson

    • If a program is canceled before the start date, participants will receive a 100% refund.

    • If a program must be discontinued after it has begun, participants will receive a prorated refund based on sessions completed.

 

Retainer Packages

  • Termination by Client

    • Monthly Retainers: 30 days' written notice is required to cancel.

    • Multi-Month Packages:

      • 3-Month Commitment: No refunds after the first month; the remaining balance is due per the contract.

      • 6-Month Commitment: 50% refund of unused months if canceled after the third month; no refunds prior.

      • 12-Month Commitment: Prorated refund of unused months if canceled after the sixth month; no refunds prior.

  • Termination by Coach
    Fay Ferguson reserves the right to terminate a coaching relationship with 14 days' notice. In such cases, a prorated refund for any unused services will be provided.

 

Force Majeure

Fay Ferguson is not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other major disruptions. Reasonable accommodations will be made to reschedule or offer virtual alternatives.

 

Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel programs based on enrollment levels or other factors. Participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or participation in a modified program.

Payment Processing Timeframes

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment whenever possible.

 

Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected events such as serious illness or family emergencies can arise. Please contact us directly to discuss possible accommodations. Special considerations may be made at our discretion.
